Terms and Conditions

  1. Only direct businesses qualify for this special offer – THIS IS NOT FOR RE-SALE OR HOME USE.
  2. The Stand/Equipment is available as a “Free on Rental” offer only for businesses that use SA Polichem products in conjunction with our one stop sanitation solution.
  3. The Stand remains the property of SA Polichem and should the Clients not purchase SA Polichem products, we have the full rights to retract the Stand/equipment at any given time.
  4. A month to month “Free on Loan” service agreement needs to be signed between the client and SA Polichem before this offer can be made valid.
  5. After the clients initial first order, if within the first 3 months the client does not re-order products to the value of R500 per month, the contract shall become null and void and SA Polichem will retract their Stand/Equipment.
